William W. Lane, Esq.
WILLIAM W. LANE earned his J.D. from Suffolk University Law School and a B.A. in Philosophy from Hood College in Frederick, Maryland. He is licensed to practice law in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts.
Will's practice concentrates on all aspects of estate administration. He assists families in navigating their way through the probate and trust administration process. Will advises beneficiaries and counsels those appointed to fiduciary positions, such as Personal Representatives, Trustees, Guardians, and Conservators. He works not only to obtain the necessary court appointments, but also to guide individuals in the fulfillment of their fiduciary duties.
Will is experienced in crafting the appropriate estate planning documents to minimize estate taxes while allowing for clients to have the peace of mind that their assets will pass in accordance with their goals and objectives.
While attending Suffolk University Law School, Will worked as the Assistant Producer and researcher for "Looking at the Law with Neil Chayet," a CBS radio feature which has been on the air for over 35 years.
Will resides in Natick with his wife and their large goldendoodle, Casper.
